Returns

You can return your item within 14 days of receipt. You can choose to have it picked up in person or at any Golden Goose store.

Please ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. If you wish to return it by mail, please fill out the online return form and schedule a courier pickup.

Returns are free, whether online or in-store.

Exchanges

Purchased items can only be exchanged for an item of the same style but a different size (if in stock).

You can return any item you purchased within 14 days of receipt.

After receiving and processing your return, we will ship a new item (if in stock) to you as soon as possible.
